升级 UCenter 1.7.0 出现错误，求解！
程序目录中本来没有uc_server/data/config.inc.php这个文件，升级提示缺失，我就创建了一个空白的config.inc.php文件，可继续下一步又报错。不知道怎么搞了。错误提示如下：

将DZ根目录中的/config/config_ucenter.php文件内容复制到了/uc_server/data/config.inc.php中，终于可以下一步了，可又提示：
表 uc_admins 的文字排序 不受支持，请人工处理后再继续！官方弄教程麻烦专业点行不？不要留下一堆坑嘛！ 整个数据库，包括uc_admins都是utf8_general_ci，为什么会报错呢？
怎么搞？
